BSP

We made a quick trip to Baxter last night to hear Don Fendler speak at the library at our favorite place, Kidney Pond. So, Leah had her first BSP experience! We thought we would hate going up and not being able to spend the night, but the black flies were ATROCIOUS so we were glad to come home. It reinforced to us why we go in May and September, or at least to me, Andrew goes in May and September so he can catch trout! Here are a few pictures, Leah may or may not have been allowed to sit in the front seat of the truck and out of her car seat once we were on the Tote road. It was wonderful being there even if for a short time. We got to see a Moose on the way out, but Leah had already fallen asleep so she missed it!

Leah is doing great... she seems to be eating and sleeping more than ever, so we hope it means she is growing! Thank god for pedisure, but she also is obsessed with peas, raw bell peppers, blueberries and waffles and depending on the day many other things. She adjusted very easy to wearing her brace to sleep in and we think it is already working as she can seem to wear shoes other than her high top converse now without walking on the side of her foot much at all. She has another follow up with the orthopedic specialist in mid August and at her regular doctor's office for a weight check.
